USS Nimitz (CVN 68) Culinary SpecialistÕs are temporarily assigned to S&S Bakery of San Diego, Calif., as part of a Task Force Excel (TFE) Program. TFE is the NavyÕs new education module which incorporates civilian schools and work environments, by outsourcing training normally administered by Department of Defense agencies.
